Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator will oversee daily office operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the team, and coordinating office activities to enhance efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to office staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed. Ensure office equipment is operational by arranging for necessary repairs and servicing.
Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with different departments to manage office operations effectively.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in an organized manner. Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
Communication: Facilitate communication between departments and ensure smooth information flow within the office. Handle correspondence and manage the distribution of mail and packages.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist in implementing new policies as needed.
Support: Provide support to the management team and other departments as required.

Qualifications:
Education: Grade 12; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
