Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating activities, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate schedules and arrange staff meetings or appointments.

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent; administrative training or certification is a plus.
Experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
