Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Clerk to perform administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage documents, assist with communication tasks, and provide general support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining staff calendars.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
