The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) has announced seven (X7) exciting Vetting Administrator vacancies at its National Head Office under the Directorate: Security Standards and Management. Position Overview

The Vetting Administrator role plays a critical part in maintaining and upholding the integrity of the Department’s security standards. Successful candidates will provide efficient administrative support, manage sensitive documentation, and liaise closely with the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) on matters relating to vetting systems and processes. This role demands reliability, discretion, and excellent organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Educational Qualification: Recognized degree/diploma in Administration or Secretarial Functions.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in rendering support and administrative services.
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license.

  • Liaising with the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) on vetting matters to ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Coordinating and managing resources effectively within the directorate.

To update your name on EduCourse, you must first be logged in to your account.

  1. Go to My Details from the menu.
  2. Edit your name in the profile section.
  3. Click Update to save your changes.

After updating your name, you can re-download your certificate with the corrected details.
