TRANSPORT CLERK (10 MONTHS CONTRACT) X3 POSTS

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 and a valid driver’s licence

DUTIES:

  • Vehicle reconciliation including tracker analysis, report Vehicle inspection, record and maintain records on the status of GG Vehicle.
  • Retrieve records on vehicle inspection as required.
  • Book vehicles for repairs and servicing, file and maintain records of repairs and services on vehicles.
  • Compliance monitoring of vehicles.
  • Monitoring of vehicle utilization, maintain records on the analysis of underutilization and overutilization of GG vehicles and subsidized vehicle.
