- Handling back office activities (NON- Technical Dispatch &Follow-ups).
- Handling multi-media activities and outbound (Proactive Customer Interaction) campaigns.
- Strive for excellence customer interaction and service improvement.
- Supports Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service process
- Perform Vending prepaid and Easy pay, activities
