Sasol is offering a learnership programme for 11 unemployed individuals in administrative roles. The learnerships program provided by Sasol SA is created to give participants the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in the exciting administrative support opportunity. The industry and all of its parts will be thoroughly explained to learners through a combination of theoretical instruction and real-world job experience.
The chance for participants to learn from professionals and industry experts is one of the program’s main advantages. Learners will be able to improve their capacity to adapt to various situations by developing practical problem-solving abilities as a result of this exposure to real-world events and problems.
During the practical component Learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and the departments in general as work readiness preparation.
The theoretical component will cover: Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills and Computer Skills.
Who Can Apply?
Only South African individuals who meet the following criteria can apply:
- Be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate
- Be a South African citizen
- Have good communication and computer literacy skills
