Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist with managing schedules, processing orders, preparing reports, and coordinating communication between sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Manage sales schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales team
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for clients
Coordinate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments
Process sales orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery to customers
Maintain customer records and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date
Assist with inventory management and stock tracking
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager
Organize and participate in sales meetings, training, and team activities
Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Handle administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent education
Previous experience in sales coordination or a related administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
