Picker and Packer
Job Description
As a picker and packer, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing goods for storage or dispatch within a warehouse. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick stock accurately according to order lists
- Pack items securely and correctly for dispatch
- Check products for damage or shortages
- Label and prepare packages for delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Previous picking and packing or warehouse experience
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift, stand, and move items
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
