Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and customers. The ideal candidate will manage reception tasks, answer calls, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Provide administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
Maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate
Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and printing documents
Support office staff and management with ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent education
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
