REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 10.
- Must have sound interpersonal and communication skills and a caring attitude towards patients, relatives, staff members and external clients.
- Must be in good health and be able to do physical hard work.
- Must be able to function well in a team.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Rendering and promoting quality and caring customer care: Batho Pele and We Care For you principles.
DUTIES:
- Collecting of files from various sections of the hospital.
- Performing duties and procedures relating to specific work environment according to norms and standards of accuracy.
- Collecting and delivering of patients files from and to prescribed points.
- Sorting of patients files and loose documents.
- Acting as a reliever when requested by supervisor. Other tasks as allocated by supervisor.
