About the Seasonal Betting Clerk Role
As a Seasonal Betting Clerk, you will work directly with customers during busy racing and sporting events.
Your main responsibility is to ensure that bets are taken accurately while providing excellent customer service at all times.
This position requires focus, energy, and strong numerical skills.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Take bets accurately and understand odds, rules, and payouts
- Assist customers and handle queries professionally
- Manage cash, including floats, payouts, and balancing
- Keep your work area neat and professional
- Report equipment or system issues when necessary
- Work closely with Team Leaders to support smooth operations
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional duties when required
