We are seeking General Workers to join our team and play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, factory, or similar work environment. General Workers are responsible for various tasks, including loading and off-loading trucks, sorting and storing goods, stock counting, and maintaining a clean workspace. To excel in this role, candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and willing to work diligently.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and off-load trucks with products or materials as needed.
- Sort and store goods or materials in designated locations.
- Conduct stock counting and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from debris.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Be willing to work overtime when required to meet production demands.
- Handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of honesty, reliability, and integrity in all tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 8 required
- Previous experience in a mechanized or similar work environment is beneficial.
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
- Excellent physical health and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Mechanization background or knowledge is advantageous.
- Honesty and reliability in handling responsibilities and tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet job requirements.
