Job Overview
As a general clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations. You will assist with record keeping, data handling, and general office tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
Capture data and maintain accurate records
File, organise, and retrieve documents
Handle basic office correspondence and enquiries
Assist with preparing documents and reports
Support staff with day-to-day office duties
Follow office procedures and instructions
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous clerical or office experience is an advantage but not required
Basic computer skills including email and document handling
Good organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and professional
