Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Track and document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or appropriate services.
Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent service standards.
Meet performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
Knowledge of the company’s products or services is an advantage.
