The Role of a Client Success Champion:
As a Customer Success Champion at SalesRook, you’ll be the superhero of our clients’ journey with us. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure that our clients feel heard, supported, and valued at every step of the way.
You’ll be their go-to person, their confidant, the person they expect to deliver. And while you’re at it, you’ll be adding your own unique flair to our vibrant company culture.
In practical terms, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our software clients, providing technical support, orchestrating the troubleshooting of issues, conducting training sessions, and building meaningful relationships to ensure our customers achieve success with our AI-driven solutions.
Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Customer Success Champion:
- You will be on the front line of SalesRook – speaking with and meeting customers every day on WhatsApp, Zoom and by email.
- Building genuine and meaningful relationships with our customers, because you’re not just a support rep—you’re a trusted partner.
- Using your technical knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues, answer their questions, and provide guidance that empowers them to succeed. Essentially, you’ll help them deliver results.
- Ensuring that all customers’ issues are resolved in a timely manner – even if it’s not you doing the technical fix. Being organised will be key to this. If you have experience with Clickup or similar project management software, this is a bonus.
- Holding technical and training onboarding sessions with new customers.
- Collaborating with our talented team to find more creative solutions to challenges. Find ways to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Being the voice of our clients within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring that their feedback is heard and acted upon.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- South African applicants only
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service and Sales Role
- Highly capable in problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong sales skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- Exceptional Customer Service attitude with a serious interest in Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides and CRM software and telephone systems
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative in resolving issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Flexible and able to perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the product or service being sold is an advantage
- With fast, reliable, and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup
