We are looking for a excellent communicator for a (vegetable based) food subscription company based in the UK. As a customer service representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, resolve complex customer queries, and handle escalations in a timely and professional manner.
A genuine interest in UK culture is a distict advantage
The role requires working some weekends with days off in the week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide advanced customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
  • Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with other departments and finding appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective problem-solving
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services
  • Work closely with other members of the customer service team to ensure consistency in communication and service deliveryRequirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • A charming, calm and assertive communication style
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule of 9 am – 5:30 pm UK time
  • Evidence of previous high performance in a customer service role
  • A quiet and distraction-free home office environment with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps up and down)
