Recruit Link is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Clerk to perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate records, handle correspondence, and support daily office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain files and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Perform data entry and update databases.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
