Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Coordinator to manage and oversee office administration functions. The ideal candidate will handle tasks related to scheduling, record-keeping, communication, and office coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office administration, including managing schedules and appointments
Oversee office operations and ensure the effective running of daily activities
Prepare, organize, and maintain records, files, and documentation
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions
Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary to maintain inventory
Provide support to management and team members for various administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Track and report on office performance, including departmental goals and progress
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Supervise junior staff and provide guidance when necessary
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent education
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
