Job Summary:
An Inbound Sales Advisor is responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers, converting leads into sales, and providing exceptional service throughout the process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls and emails from potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide product or service recommendations
Convert leads into sales by effectively explaining product features and benefits
Process orders, payments, and set up new customer accounts
Provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, and product availability
Resolve customer inquiries and address any concerns or objections
Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach throughout the sales process
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12.
Proven experience in sales or a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and engage with customers
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Goal-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
