Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. This role involves designing various digital and print materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, and websites. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in using graphic design software.

Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop creative designs for digital and print materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, websites, brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to understand design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Concept Development: Create and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet project objectives.
Typography and Layout: Utilize typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual quality and ensure they are ready for publication across various platforms.
File Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of all design files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of assets.
Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
Quality Assurance: Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy and quality before finalizing and distributing.
Production Coordination: Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring specifications meet the required standards for various media.
Multi-Platform Adaptation: Adapt designs for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print, to ensure optimal performance and presentation across different formats.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent creativity and artistic ability, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
