Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer and redirect calls, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area, keeping it organized and presentable
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Provide basic and accurate information to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor badges, etc.)
Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination when required
Manage office supplies and report any inventory needs

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Customer service orientation and strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
