Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Food Safety Officer to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will monitor food production, storage, and handling processes, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of food production, storage, and handling areas.
• Develop, implement, and monitor food safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
