Job Summary:
A Customer Service Consultant provides exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to customer service processes.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service updates.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Working Conditions:
May require flexibility for shifts or occasional overtime.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
