Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Assist with product or service information and troubleshooting
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality
Monitor and manage customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and patience
