Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Administrator to manage customer inquiries and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will handle various customer-related tasks, including addressing customer complaints, maintaining customer records, and ensuring prompt communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Monitor and track the status of customer requests and ensure they are resolved
Assist with customer onboarding and provide product or service information
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer service operations
Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required
Identify opportunities for improving customer service procedures
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
