2. Understanding OneDrive

Office is driven by the need of doing things online thus, the features are steering the user to saving and sharing files online. OneDrive is such platform Microsoft utilizes to save, edit, and share your documents and other files online. This online storage is available from a computer, smartphones, tablets or any other device.

To commence using OneDrive, you need to set up a free Microsoft account if you do not have one already.

After successfully creating a Microsoft account, you can sign in to Office. In the upper-right corner of the Word window click Sign in.
