Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer queries efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or offer additional services
Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Meet or exceed call targets and performance metrics
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and call centre software
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
Ability to work in a team and independently
