Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting products or services to achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Promote and sell products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
